We equip our members with the tools and resources they need to take care of their health. One way we do this is through Learn [dot] Amaze, our health education center.
There, you’ll find topics important to your health, including how to manage chronic health conditions, mental health resources, habit trackers, fitness videos, and so much more!
Program Qualifications
- Employers with 5 or more employees
- All employees must be W-2 and full-time
- Employees must have less than 2% equity ownership
- Employees must have major medical through an employer-sponsored plan. Either through their employer, spouse’s, or if under 26, a parents’ employer.
- A MEC Plan can be installed without out-ofpocket cost to the employee or employer with Capstone to satisfy the group health requirement.
Our Process

A census template will be sent
to you to gather the
information needed to
calculate the benefit
reserves.

Proposal provided
which includes benefit
reserves and potential
company savings.

Enrollment is conducted virtually or on-site and employee training scheduled once enrollment is complete.

Lead time is 30-45 days.
Payroll call completed with the employer on or around the effective date of coverage.

Employers starts to see savings immediately in the first payroll run.
Defining Capstone Health and Wellness
- Capstone Health and Wellness is a section 105 plan. Prioritizing preventative health and wellness with a comprehensive health management program.
- Capstone Health and Wellness does not disrupt or replace any Major Medical Plan. It is an enhancement of your current benefits plans for qualified employees
- Capstone Health and Wellness is at no Net Cost for the employer and employee.
- The plan addresses Recruitment, Retention, and revenue concerns that employers have.
