What is the Capstone Health & Wellness Benefit Program? Capstone Health and Wellness is a section 125 plan that allows employers to retain and become a preferred employer by Prioritizing preventative health and wellness with a comprehensive health management program that you can offer to your employees at a net cost to them and a tax savings to your company.

Established by section 125 that you can utilize for your business to save on FICA taxes

Do I Qualify?

  • Employers with 5 or more employees
